EDUCATIONAL SESSION FOR FEMALES BORN 2009 to 2012

As part of the SKiLLS Academy we facilitate roughly six off-field educational sessions a year, this session we are opening up to all females at Taroona FC  born 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012.

(Please note we will also be planning a Male/Mixed Educational Session, however this one includes information on menstrual cycle etc, Male/Mixed Education session details TBC, Males/Non-Binary/other are welcome to attend this session if they would like)


Female players and parents are invited to attend the interactive workshop with Chrissy Tadros that runs for ~ 2hours and has topics on fueling, exercise/strength benefits, reducing injury risk, injury management, puberty, menstrual cycle, pelvic floor.


Thursday September 26th 5:30PM to 7:30PM - snacks provided.

Taroona FC will cover the cost of the first 15 participants to register and all SKiLLS Academy Players.


Academy players use the code: ACADEMY

Other players use the code: TAROONAFCPLAYER (first 15 free, after that the cost is $25 per player to attend)

Players outside of Taroona FC are invited to attend by registering and paying $25.
