Taroona FC Injury Report Form
Players, coaches and volunteers are required to complete the Taroona FC Injury Report Form with detailed information about an injury sustained. This is used for record keeping and to notify the club there has been an injury and to action as required.
Taroona FC Refund Request Form
If you need to request a refund from Taroona Football Club, complete the Refund Request Form
Taroona FC Facility Request Form
If you need to request a facility outside of your allocated team training booking, or to request to use Kelvedon Park Clubhouse, submit a Taroona FC Facility Request Form.
Taroona FC Kelvedon Park Lock Up Form
If you have used Kelvedon Park, you must complete the Kelvedon Park Lock Up Form.
Life Membership Policy
This policy sets out the minimum criteria to be eligible for nomination for an award of Life Membership of the Taroona Football Club.
Sport Injury Cover
Players that are injured during the season can apply for an Insurance Claim, to find out more information please visit the Football Tasmania website.
Policies & Procedures
Taroona Football Club has policies and procedures in place to ensure that players, coaches, managers and committee members can make the running of the club as efficient and effective as possible.
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
Anyone who wishes to work or volunteer with vulnerable people, including children, in a regulated activity must hold a RWVP.
This includes all Youth coaches and managers.
People under the age of 16 years are not required to be registered.
To find the application, visit https://www.justice.tas.gov.au/rwvp/apply/apply-for-a-rwvp and take the form, along with required identity documents, to a Service Tasmania centre. Taroona FC will reimburse the fee for Volunteer registrations.
