FEMALE FOOTBALL WEEK TRAINING & DINNER

Taroona Football Club will be celebrating Female Football Week.

Female Football Week is a nationwide initiative to celebrate the immense growth of women’s football and women in football at all levels of the game and acknowledge and promote the important role women play in developing football.

In 2023 Female Football Week will take place from Friday 19th to Sunday 28th May, 2023.

The objective of Female Football Week is to drive female participation at all levels of the game.

Taroona FC is encouraging teams to celebrate in their own way, thank the women involved in your team, thanks the Mum's, champion the female players in your team.

The club will be hosting one specific event to highlight inclusion within the club:

FEMALE FOOTBALL WEEK TRAINING & DINNER

Thursday 25th May 2023


4:45PM to 6PM YOUTH - for all youth players to join in the fun. Players will be mixed together into small-sided teams and play 1 hour of fun games. Afterwards there will be a dinner for the players and their parents to enjoy.


6:15PM to 8:00PM SENIOR - for all senior players to join in the fun. Players will be mixed together into small-sided teams and play 1.5 hours of fun games. Afterwards there will be a dinner for the players and partners to enjoy.


RSVP your attendance to your Coach and Team Manager.

Team Manager/Coaches to notify technicaldirector@taroonafc.org how many players & parents from their team will be attending (for catering purposes).


Junior Teams: At your SKiLLS Training Session next week, the club will be running fun small-sided games, your support figures in your life are in invited to come along and join in - parent/sibling/grandparent etc are invited to join in the final 10-minute game of the training
