Taroona FC had almost 100 little Pirates playing across 8 teams over the weekend, between the ages of U8 to U14. Games were played across the weekend from Friday night through to Sunday. Each team played at least 4 games over the weekend, which is a mammoth task!
Well done to all our amazing young players, our fantastic coaches, and all the incredibly supportive parents and volunteers for showing up and making this a great weekend of football.
While some of last year’s games were played in torrential rain, this year's weather was much more pleasant, with blue skies over the grassy fields of Hobart. Lots of fun was had by all!
A big thanks to team managers and coaches, events don’t work without the volunteers that make it happen. Thanks also to all the kids and parents for helping to make it a fun event. And thanks to everyone involved with organising The Hobart Cup, and making it another great tournament.
