Our Women’s Super League side hosted the Kingborough Lions last Saturday, and although they created a couple of scoring opportunities in the first half they ultimately conceded an unfortunate 0-5 loss. The team now has a bye for this upcoming round before taking on the Devonport Strikers at Kelvedon next weekend. Our Women’s Championship team also hosted Kingborough on Sunday afternoon, suffering a loss (0-12) while our Women’s Championship 1 team were defeated by a visiting Metro FC (0-9).

Our Men’s Championship 3 team had an absolute blitz of a game against DOSA on Sunday, defeating the home side 12-3 (Alexander Edwards, 3, Marcus Atkinson, 2, Lachlan Donnet-Jones, 2, Derryn Zucco, 2, Joseph Collidge, 1, Kaspar Deane, 1, Edward Strugnell, 1).

Our Men’s Championship Pirates also recorded a solid win over Hobart City Beachside FC last weekend (4-1), with Jeremy Stevens, Sam James, Noah Gardner, and Fergus Bridge putting in some early goals to seal the fate of the game in the first half. Previously, our Men’s Championship 1 team were also victors in their clash against HC Beachside, narrowly taking the game 3-2 thanks to a Toby Dove hat trick. Our senior Men’s teams now look to take on South East United at Kelvedon this coming Saturday.

Best of luck to all our teams in their upcoming games!
