The lone game this week was a catch up Round 8 match for our Men’s Championship Pirates on Wednesday night. They took on University FC at KGV after the original game was postponed due to vicious winds earlier in the season. Our Pirates suffered an unlucky loss, losing the game 0-1. They now look towards the weekend’s league cup matches where both our Men’s Championship and Reserves teams have good chances at coming away victorious.

Our Men’s Championship team had a successful result against South East United in Round 5, coming back from a 0-2 deficit to win the game 5-3. The Ressies had an even more dominating win, with Toby Dove scoring a brace and the team leaving the field with a 4-0 victory. We hope that they take that same energy into this weekend! Best of luck to all our Pirates in their games.
