Bookings are open for our Term 4 Skills Training program. REGISTER NOW: www.taroonafc.org/skills SKiLLS Sessions for Mini, Junior, Youth & Advance commence this Monday the 11th & Wednesday the 13th OCTOBER and our Girls Academy starts on Thursday the 14th.
In Term 4 we will be focusing on both junior and youth male and female development & participation opportunities, and providing opportunities for grading sessions for 2022. We are excited to have our quality coaches back for Term 4, including three of our coaches who are currently undertaking their Football Australia C-Licence Coaching Course, Bella McGinn, Maddy Lane & Jonas Rutherford. Our Head of Youth Development Holly-Lace Ayton, will be away for Term 4, as she is overseas working with the Commbank Matildas until mid December. However Ayton will be available via email and Zoom meetings if you would like to get in contact. Please register your child before they arrive at the program. This is to ensure that each player is covered by player insurance, that we can follow our COVID Safety Club Plan, have enough coaches ready and can plan quality sessions. Social Players - 1 to 2 SKiLLS Sessions a week.
Males:
Development Players - 1 to 2 SKiLLS Sessions a week.
High Performance Players - 2 SKiLLS Sessions a week
Females:
Development Players - Girls Academy + 1 to 2 SKiLLS Sessions a week.
High Performance Players - Girls Academy + 2 SKiLLS Sessions a week.
Youth Players - Save Thursday nights for football also, as we will be facilitating Thursday night small-sided games in Oct/Nov for those wishing to play for Taroona FC in 2022, more details to come! (*Academy Girls will be included).
Junior Players - We will be selecting players for the December Kingborough SAP Festival, if your child wishes to be eligible for selections, please note they must be participating in a minimum of 1x SKiLLS session in Term 4.
