On Sunday our U16 Girls Black team took on the Glenorchy Knights in the League Finals series. They unfortunately lost their Final 0-2 but they played a fantastic game. Head Coach Maddy Lane said:
"I had the privilege of coaching the U16 Girls Black team this year who had a fantastic season. They finished the season in 2nd and recently played Glenorchy Knights in the Final but unfortunately the Knights proved to be the better side. Across the year I saw all players improve individually and develop together into a well connected team. The girls always turned up ready to give their best at training and games and this effort paid off as they produced some amazing team performances. It was a delight to see them play each week and can't wait to see them continue to develop next year!"
