VOTM - July

Writer's picture: Taroona FCTaroona FC

July's VOTM is Charlie White!

Charlie is coaching 2 junior teams in 2023: the U10 Boys (pictured here: they won their game at Queens Walk on Saturday morning in spectacular fashion) and the U12 Girls.

Charlie provides a fantastic environment for all the kids to grow and develop a love of playing football. He has taken on one of our Youth players on as an Assistant Coach, and is supporting and mentoring her to develop her coaching skills and grow in confidence in her first year of volunteering. This type of mentorship is invaluable, and an incredibly generous action that will benefit the next generation of coaches and leaders within our community.

Charlie embodies the values of our community club here at Taroona FC, and we are so grateful to have him on board the Pirate ship.

Thanks so much for everything you do for the Club, Charlie! Your hard work is appreciated by all!

A huge thanks to Lindsay at LFD Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist for sponsoring this monthly award! Each recipient is awarded a $20 LFD voucher and a certificate recognising their achievement and thanking them for their hard work Nominate a volunteer here: https://www.taroonafc.org/volunteer-of-the-month
