POSITIVE CASE If you have a positive PCR or rapid antigen test (RAT): - You must remain in isolation until at least 7 days after the day you had your positive test. - If you still have symptoms after 7 days, you should isolate for an additional 3 days or until Public Health indicate that you are able to leave isolation. - If you’re unsure when you can leave isolation, call the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738

Return to Training: Taroona FC request that players notify their coach or manager if they have tested positive, and do not return to training until a minimum of 7 days after their COVID-19 symptoms have ceased.

CLOSE CONTACT A close contact is a person who usually lives with or who has spent more than 4 hours indoors with a COVID-19 case during their infectious period. Close contacts must: - quarantine for 7 days - have a Rapid Antigen Test on day 1 and 6 - get a PCR test if symptomatic

Return to Training: Taroona FC request that players notify their coach or manager if they are a close contact, and do not return to training until the day after returning their second negative RAT.

SYMPTOMS Anyone who is experiencing symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell must not attend training until they have a negative RAT or PCR test.
